What a lot of snow! Met up with the town supervisor and her family in the parking lot of the O'Loughlin property and snowshoed in and over the bridge. It was hard work! They continued up the hill while I moseyed along.

Very quiet today but lovely just the same with snow clinging to the branches of hemlocks.

So good to see the sun after a gray week. Lots of tracks today.

Looks like the Adirondacks, doesn't it? Heard a pileated woodpecker while we were here today.

Walked at the Federal Farm today, listening to the breeze crackle the ice from last night on the branches around me.
